Raw Apple Cider Vinegar:

Raw Honey:

Elder Berries: A first choice for many when there's a cold of flu present. Elderberries are a wonderful immune stimulant. They are high in anti-oxidants and antimicrobial actions.

Elder Flower:
Rose Buds: Roses are excellent for soothing and calming the body and soul. They are great for matters of the heart.

Rose Hip: Packed full of vitamin C!

Elecampane Root: These rhizomes have a long history of use for respiratory support (among other uses). They work to help move phlegm from the lungs as a stimulating expectorant and are specific for irritating bronchial coughs, especially in children. The mucilage has a relaxing effect and the essential oils provide stimulation. This herb soothes irritation and promotes expectoration. It also has an antibacterial effect.

Ceylon Cinnamon:

Ginger Root: One of the herbs I'd highly recommend whenever there's a cold or flu would be ginger. The roots are great for upper respiratory system infections and congestion. They are stimulate the flow of stuck mucous, relieve congested coughs and stuffy sinuses and warm you up from the inside. They also relieve sore throats and are antimicrobial.

Cloves:

To use:
Adults: Take 1 tablespoon to 1 ounce up to 3 times a day.
Always shake before use.

This product contains raw honey and is not to be given to children under 1 year of age.

Great Immune Boost!

I'm always so thankful to have this on hand when I feel like any of us are coming down with a bug. It feels like we get less sick and it doesn't last long at all when I catch it early and dose all of us up on this and Fire Oxymel!

Me an my son drink this when we start to feel under the weather. I do have to mix it with something because it has a strong flavor to it but overall i will say we have felt so much better taking it for sure

So yummy!

This stuff is just GREAT! I love drinking it when I am feeling a little under the weather. It is also good for mixing with the tinctures to give them a different flavor.

Amazing stuff!

I had a sore throat come out of nowhere yesterday and my body felt more drained than normal. I hadn't drank enough the past few hrs and baby was nursing more than usual due to teething, so I downed a few cups of NORA tea and water. I didn't feel better afterward like I normally do and I don't usually get a sore throat from just being dehydrated so it kind of concerned me. Then I remembered that I had some Manuka honey and Bumble Elder Rose elixir on hand!

I put a teaspoon of Manuka honey in my mouth and ate it slowly while reading usage directions for the elixir on Bumble's website. I mentally cheered when the bottle opened easily (the organic elderberry syrup we used to get from the grocery store was super hard to open) and poured a little onto a deep spoon. I'm not great at pouring things (even back when I was a server 🙈) and got some on the countertop. Then I tasted it- yum! I love elderberry, rose, apple cider vinegar, and honey flavor combo, and the ginger, cinnamon, and cloves make it even better! I immediately felt much more awake, energetic, and much less mentally foggy. The tops of my dry hands felt better too after I wiped the counter off with them. 😄

So thankful that Bumble offers this awesome immune boosting elixir! It's definitely something I plan on having on hand for when I feel like I'm coming down with something. Thank you, Emily for all your hard work! 🥰

I am so glad it helped you ❤️

A Remedy For Real

A couple days after my package containing this bottle came, my right lymph node was so swollen that it was uncomfortable to swallow. I took two 30 mL (~1 oz) doses: one that night, and another the next day. After that, my lymph node went back to normal. I'm positive I dodged a sickness bullet with this magical elixir. The ACV burns my throat a little going down, but it's well worth the healing it brings, and I'm sure there are many who wouldn't mind the burn.

This is wonderful news. Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review.
