Pain away

Whenever I am feeling achy but not enough to need anti inflammatory or pain relief, I grab magnesium soothe to takes those aches and pains away. It works so well for lower back pains during that time or the month or for overworking in the garden pains. It’s something I will even put on my stomach during a stomach ache or to help constipation during pregnancy go bye bye! If my kids are having trouble with sleep, I rub this on the bottom of their feet and put socks on. Works like a charm. This is one of the very first items I purchased and it has been a huge help for our family.

Magnesium soothe

I love this lotion so much! I use a little bit before bed and I don’t get restless leg or cramps. Also helps me relax for sleep. Highly recommend!

Miraculous Lotion

I get leg pains and calf cramps at night when I’m trying to go to sleep. I also suffer from restless leg syndrome where I can’t be still and have to pace around and shake my legs. It’s horrible. This Magnesium Soothe has been a miracle! I rub it on my legs when I feel it starting to come on and it immediately stops!! I had tried every OTC product claiming to relieve pain and nothing helped. I am so grateful for this product. I never want to run out!! Thank you Emily!

Bye bye aches

I LOVE using this lotion every night before bed. It helps tremendously with my sore pregnancy legs. I also use it occasionally on my lower back or feet if I'm extra sore. I try to be sparing cause I don't want it to run out fast! You don't need to use a ton for it to help. Fair warning though, .ake sure your hands aren't cracked before applying....dry hands and magnesium salts don't mix lol guess I need some of that all over body lotion from Bumble. Haha

SO GOOD

This lotion is the best. I use it every night and I sleep so much better. It helps with restlessness. I feel like it just makes me feel better all around. A staple for sure.
