A lovely blend of herbs formulated for pregnant, nursing, or menstruating women. This blend is full of beneficial vitamins and minerals and is highly recommended for pregnancy but can also combat painful periods, PMS, endometriosis, and PCOS. It’s great to drink postpartum to help restore your body as well. The benefits can include guarding against anemia, maximizing the health of the liver, lowering the risk of possible complications during the birth by helping to promote proper contractibility of the uterus and release of the placenta (which helps prevent hemorrhage) and reducing tears and the degree of them. It's also good for lactation after birth.

For all things uterus related

When this is used as recommended by Emily, it is amazing. I use it for myself in my teen daughter for pre-menstrual days and during cycle I originally started using this because my periods are heavy. I will report back after a few cycles to see if the heavy reduces, overall the effects of this tea are amazing as far as stress and discomfort that come during our cycles. Relieving cramping, and any other discomfort.

This is great news! I always love to hear people using things as suggested, haha! I'll look forward to your feedback after a few cycles <3

I love this tea

Not only does this blend taste great but I am 3 days pp and I cannot believe how little I am actually bleeding. It's so light and my milk came in full force. I havent even had to drink the normal mothers milk tea. I am on baby 3 so I'm definitely crediting this tea for the changes this time around. I won't be without it.

This is great to hear. Thank you for taking the time to write a review

Surprise benefit- it helps my IBS!

The NORA tea is a total fav here! I have IBS and my stomach gets acidic a lot so I eat healthily and avoid caffeine as much as I can. However, due to baby having trouble sleeping and cluster feeding, my stomach is more acidic from lack of sleep, so some of my usual herbal teas now don't sit well sometimes. I noticed the NORA tea helped my stomach feel less acidic so I've been drinking a small pot of it throughout the week. Now my stomach feels better now than it did before I was pregnant! What a great and surprising side benefit to its already beneficial qualities post partum! I love that it tastes great with honey but also tastes mild on its own. Thank you, Bumble for this tea blend!

Thank you for writing this! Such great news
