Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All orders are handmade and prepared in small batches on our family farm.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.

If approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–10 business days.
All of our orders carry up to $200 worth of insurance.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
After this window, orders cannot be canceled.

Order Combination
Orders will be combined when possible and excess shipping refunded; however, depending on the current volume of orders, order combination may not be able to be accommodated, even if requested in order notes.
Orders with a printed shipping label cannot under any circumstances be combined with another order.
Please ensure before placing an order that you are ok with paying shipping on each order placed in the event they cannot be combined.
