A thoughtful blend of gentle, calming nervine and nutritive herbs extracted into child friendly flax glycerin. The blend is meant to help your child relax when they need a little extra help without any worry of nasty health effects. Our gentle calm extract is made to soothe body and mind. The herbs in this blend are also indicated for helping with tummy and teething troubles as well. It is not a sedative and will not cause grogginess.

5 stars for this!! It really works!

I have a very emotional 4 year old that struggles with big emotions at times.

This helps him go to bed calmly and get a restful night of sleep. He wakes up well rested and in a good mood.

Also paired with calm and rest, it’s a miracle worker

Absolutely love this it has become a daily staple and helps our bedtime routine, it calms my daughter who is in the process of being diagnosed as on the spectrum

I LOVE this for my kids! They love how it tastes. They are 2 and 4 and will ask for it before bed. I really feel like it helps them sleep better. I love that it is natural. It doesn't knock them out by any means. It just seems to help them transition during the night so they stay asleep more. My 4 year old is notoriously horrible about waking up up to 5 times a night. This was a game changer for us. I'm so thankful for all the sleepy goodness we have from Bumble!!

A Must Have!

I kind of want to cry when I think about Gentle Calm because of what a relief it was when it arrived. I reached out to Emily because I was literally at my wits end with my little guy and his tantrums and night terrors. We were in a vicious cycle of very little sleep and days filled with tantrums and grumpiness. Emily asked me lots of questions about things we had tried, and then sent me a whole box of goodies to try with him. The Gentle Calm was the winner! I gave it to him daily while we were in that difficult stage. Now I use it when he is having a rough day, or just seems to wound up to sleep. Thank you Emily for making such amazing products that are safe for our entire families!

Amazing

I have an 8 yr old who was diagnosed with ADD. We tried several prescriptions that did not work for him. He said he didn't like the way they made him feel and we didn't like how he wouldn't eat while on it. We tried gentle calm and now he knows it as his calm down medicine. It helps him calm down enough that he can focus on what he needs to be doing. He has no issues with appetite while taking it. It truly is an amazing product.
