This is a 100% naturally derived cooling under eye gel to reduce puffiness, combat transepidermal water loss, minimize fine lines and refresh and brighten the skin. It features hyaluronic acid, cucumber and chamomile hydrosol, caffeine and vitamin B5. It's packaged in a lip gloss tube that makes for easy and smooth application.
